Forged Steel Ball Valves Brief description
1. Design and manufacture according to API 6 D;
2. Structural length according to ANSI BI6.10;
3. Connection flange: ANSI BI6.5MSS-SP44;
4. Valve inspection and testing according to API STD.598;
5. Socket end complies with ASME B16.11;
6. Threaded connection end (NPT) complies with ANSI/ASME B1.20.1
The main design features are: full diameter/reduced diameter; 90 degree positioning and locking structure; special form of "Y" head handle; fireproof and anti-static design; a pair of butterfly springs facing each other; blow-out proof valve stem; double sealing structure in the middle of the valve stem; bolts, threaded gaskets seal the valve cover.

Forged Steel Ball Valves Features
The trunnion ball valve is a type of high-performance ball valve. Compared with the floating ball, the trunnion ball valve is in a special position during operation. The force generated by the fluid pressure in front of the valve is completely transmitted to the bearing, and the ball will not be pressed against the valve. This feature prevents the valve seat from being subjected to greater pressure. Therefore, the movement of the trunnion ball valve is smaller, the deformation of the valve seat is also smaller, the sealing performance is stable, and the service life is shorter.
