Flange Electric Ball Valve Introduction
The electric flange ball valve is a 90° rotary ball valve. Its valve body channel aligns with the pipe diameter, creating a consistent diameter that allows the medium to flow through without any loss. This valve is ideal for applications requiring a high level of sealing precision. It can control gases, liquids, steam, as well as sewage and media containing fibrous impurities. The electric flange ball valve is widely utilized in industries such as petroleum, chemical processing, metallurgy, light manufacturing, papermaking, power plants, refrigeration, and more.
Product Features
1. Small fluid resistance. Ball valve has the smallest fluid resistance among all valve types. Even for reduced diameter ball valve, its fluid resistance is quite small.
2. Good valve seat sealing performance. The sealing ring made of materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene is easy to seal, and the valve sealing ability of the ball valve increases with the increase of medium pressure.
3. Reliable valve stem sealing. Since the valve stem only rotates but does not lift, the packing seal of the valve stem is not easy to be damaged, and the sealing ability increases with the pressure of the medium.
4. Since polytetrafluoroethylene material has good self-lubrication and small friction with the ball valve, the service life of the ball valve is long.
