Casting Services
Casting is a process in which the material is poured into a liquid mold, molded into a cavity of the desired shape, and allowed to harden.
SND offers a variety of casting methods, including investment casting, sand casting, permanent casting, base casting, low pressure casting, ESR casting, and lost foam casting. Materials can include steel, iron, and ferrous metals. The weight of a part can range from 0.01Kg to 150 tons individually.

A complete set of testing equipment such as Direct Reading Spectrometer, Metallographic Microscope, Hardness Tester, Universal Material Testing Machine and Pressure test machine can be used to effectively control chemical composition and ensure mechanical performance.
